Got multiple telecel and Netone bundles. None of them worked. Turns out Telecel’s service was down for the whole week I was trying. Customer service for top up helped me figure that was the issue and they did so quickly - appreciate that

We are all aware that transactions can be difficult in Zimbabwe for a variety of reasons, but this made what I expected to be a torrid errand rather pleasurable and seamless. The pop ups instructed you when you were going and overall the user experience was cognitive but as not as intuitive as I expected. I did encounter a few bugs but I guess these are within the confines of day to day iterative activity and could be sorted out easily. However, the user journey was flawless and within the boundaries of function. It is with this in mind I take one star off. But I could gripe about what would make the experience flashy which would detract from the mere function and capability this site offers which is immense. With my PayPal charged I was comforted by the swiftness and security of the transaction. The only way is up for this product.
